far east coast/west coast potato salad
you will need:
a handfull of baby potatoes, few stalks of celery, few sprigs of cilantro, half an avocado, medium piece of smoked salmon, dash of lemon juice, miracle whip, wasabi mayo (or wasabi powder), ground black pepper to taste.
you will then:
boil the potatoes until they are soft, skins on. while you wait, cut the celery into bite-sized morsels. slice the avocado thin and add to the mix. ditto for the cilantro. crumble the salmon. when potatoes are done, cut them one time in each direction (by lattitude and longitude).
sauce: miracle whip and lemon juice, then add the wasabi for a little extra kick. mix around.
combine everything and toss. (hahahahahahaha.)
serve to roomate. love it.
